”The courtyard by Marriott in Murdoch was very clean and offered us what we stayed for which was proximity to an event and a nice bed to sleep in. Located in a very quiet area also. The only hurdle was finding a car park close by that didn’t require paying a fee for the night.”

Mold in shower and sliding shower door came off as i closed it. Very limited amenities. no conditioner refilled in the shower and 2 coffee sticks in the room and when we asked for more i was handed 2 more. no Wi-Fi for the TV. had to hotspot from phone. Rubbish stuffed in the sofa bed and no rubbish bin unless in bathroom ”

”For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited.
Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...
