”We loved our visit here. John and Yvonne were wonderful. The space was clean, quiet, and truly magical. The views were second to none and the castle and other buildings are truly worth experiencing. We loved learning about the history of this place and we will certainly be back.”

When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. ”This establishment's advertising and most reviews certainly create a mismatch between expectations and reality. At a minimum, any usage of words by this establishment to describe themselves as "luxury" or "deluxe" (or any other related synonyms used) are inappropriate. This stay was intended for my wife and I's anniversary. When we checked in, the staff made the interesting comment after telling us our room number, "You can't change rooms." ”Absolutely terrible worst hotel I ever … the room was dirty I had no pillows or blankets checking in. They gave me sheets in a bag to make my bed that were dirty with stains the breakfast was not there the guy said she called out. Old stale food.. bad staff they where no where to be found only one staff member was good as checking in his name was criag he was super friendly.. ”

”As a woman traveling alone I would not recommend this place. Only person on site to help me check in was the attendant who lived on site and smelled of alcohol from a mile away. There’s no way to lock the room from the inside besides the chain lock, and the one in my room was literally broken off the wall. No way control over temp in room either. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay.”
