”Looked better in the photos than it actually was. Staff was great and helpful, no issues there. The main complaint was usability of the room itself: Fridge had no freezer, lamp was broken, desk/lamp was very odd (a raisable desk), mirror in bathroom was strange as well. It's like they spent the money in the wrong areas, trying to be high-tech/gadgety for some reason. Remote for smart TV was not supplied, so we had to go to front desk to get it in order to watch Prime/Netflix. No microwave...

”This place was pretty good. We had left a terrible hotel and stayed here instead. It shares a parking lot with Panera. The best are comfy, it isn’t too noisy. I do wish they had better blind in the front. You can see who walks near your door. I don’t think they can see it though.”

”Room is dated and you can hear everything around and above you. All the facilities other than the pool are pretty worn down and dated. Ice machine areas are falling apart due to water damage. Our first night, they also had to shut off the water for the building and water was not usable for the night. ”

”The room, hotel, amenities and breakfast were amazing! The only issue we had was the upstairs guests and the noise levels they were making so early in the morning. We communicated our concerns to the front desk but unfortunately they didn’t intervene in an effective way. This was a bit frustrating considering the cost of the hotel.”

”Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was friendly & helpful. Bar/ restaurant was gorgeous, as well as the decor throughout the entire building, including the rooms. Room was cozy & cute, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure & temp. Walking distance to Petco Park, and 10 min drive to SD airport. I’ve already recommended to friends & family, and I am looking forward to staying again! Was only there for a night to watch a game. ”
