”Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. ”

”Breakfast was amazing and well enjoyed with a variety to choose from. Restaurant staff were great, exceptional customer service from Vikki and the manager Ellie. Reception desk staff were very helpful amd accommodating. Family room.was okay, good size, hiwver the bathroom was old and bath didnt look very clean, toliet was hard to flush, but overall a great stay and would recommend.”

”Booked a double room, but hotel cocked up and gave us a double. When I went down to complain they said they had no other twins left so would ring around the other hotels, which at 11.30pm was not what we wanted, so - as was with my 17 year old son rather than a work colleague - we stuck with double room.
