”Honestly no matter what I say is not enough to show my appreciation , this hotel is worth every penny I spent. .Amazing service ,clean ,helpful sweet staff ,accommodating and helpful .Thank you all for making my visit one of a kind .”

”This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel. I first was given a room that had horrible noise. I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel.
The rooms are quite outdated, but understood they are in the process of renovating the rooms.

”Our plans had been to go to Fenway Park for baseball game. Walkable from here. Also walked to Beacon Hill and ate at Cheers bar. Mall and shopping close by. 7-11 across street.Great location in an old Victorian house”
”The room was clean and spacious, but got quite damp after showering, meaning that I had to leave the bathroom light and fan on for the whole day in order for the room to not feel damp when I got back in the evening. Service was great and the patio and common room downstairs where comfortable and a nice addition overall.”
”Super location (train, metro, tram, buses and Logan express bus stop nearby). Clean and comfy room, spacious shower. If trying to find something to improve, I'd have liked a chair in the room, as the bed was high and I have short legs, so for example putting shoes on was a bit of a challenge. But like I said - if I try to find something, this really was not a big deal for us. : )
