My experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. roms are ok need some fixing up rum cleaning works well. Location is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions. But the bus is going right outside the hotel so now problems. No buffe breakfast. 3 things to choose from A or B C . And only 1 option. You can not take 2 at the same time why can't i take b and c option or a c . c was cornflakes milk and yogurt and toast and now fresh Fruits . and way do you not have the orange juice in a can where you can take it yourself . Now safty. On your sits red safety box no safety box in the hotel lobby Now safety rom for leaving luggages it's in the lobby rum. and the ster wey is in the back side of the hotel and door is open any on can come in.

Olen tuntenut hotellin aina Sheratonina ja sen jälkeen kun Kastrati osti hotellin, on menty palvelussa rajusti alaspäin. Tosin huonehinnat ovat laskeneet yhdessä palvelutason heikkenemisen kanssa. Ei ole enää mikään luksushotelli tämä, kuten se oli ennen Tiranan paras hotelli. Tykkäsin ennen uima-altaasta. Nyt sitä käyttävät sylilapsetkin ja sinne pissataan yms. En tohtinut enää mennä uimaan. Mitään valvontaa ei altaalla ole eikä kieltoja lasten uimisesta aikuisten altaassa. Kaikki ovat siellä sekaisin. Seuraavan päivän siivous käynnistyi vasta kello 17.00. Lahjomalla siivoojat sai parempaa palvelua. Taidan ensi kerralla mennä uuteen Hyattiin, kun se valmistuu.
