The property is located in a historic area, just outside the city of Siena; 950 meters from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center.

The open-concept apartment features a loft-style sleeping area, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator (access via stairs). Please take extra care on the internal staircase if you are traveling with children. The apartment can also be accessed via the secondary entrance (first floor) without steps.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LOFT SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, closet, and dresser;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, 40-inch TV, table with chairs, and a double sofa bed;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, moka pot, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Pocket Wi-Fi (MAX 100 GIGA), independent heating, two fans, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, and hair dryer.



The two levels are not soundproofed from each other, and there are no doors separating them.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.
