The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately I booked through the Hotels.com app and I paid more than the basic thistle express room thinking I was getting a bigger bed. Turns out I had the basic single room. As usual. The staff are brilliant. The bed is comfortable. And the rooms are spotless. It wonât stop me staying again. ...
