”The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

”The front desk staff were wonderful. The cabins were so cozy and probably some of the best beds I've slept in. Indoor pool was a favorite for the kids in addition to the toasting of marshmallows. ”

The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . ”Very comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay. Everyone that works there is very helpful and kind. Love to hear about the history of the farm in Black Mountain ski area. So glad it is increasing and popularity and as we left today, they were grooming the trails and people were pulling in the parking lot to do some spring skiing. Simply amazing amazing!”
