”Absolutely stunning property. Everything is really stylish and high-end in the apartment and the setting is perfect for watching track action, even on non-event days. The rooftop balcony is so quiet and peaceful in the evenings.
Soundproofing is poor between the apartments downstairs as they are only separated by a retractable wall. However we were very lucky as we stayed at a quiet time, so only heard the cleaners and contractors.

”Loved staying at Furtho Manor Farm, a warm welcome and room comfortable. All essentials provided even use of the fridge in the dining room. Had a lovely walk around the grounds, stunning area great buildings. Lots of wildlife. Very central location, close to the entertainment complex and Woburn. Yummy breakfast to start the day. ”What a lovely little find. 5 mins off the M1, but set in the grounds of an old vicarage and very quiet and tranquil.
Lovely welcome from the owners, shown my room which was lovely and spotless. Shared kitchen area had everything, cooker, fridge, coffee machine… basically everything you need.
You can use the garden area which had seating and tables which was lovely just to listen to the peace and quiet in the sunshine.
Highly recommend this place for a quick stop off like myself, or a base to...
