Villa Bonita Brenda is a modern and spacious residence, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, elegance and leisure moments in the Algarve.



The living and dining room, spacious and bright, provides a welcoming environment and invites family gatherings or time with friends.



On the ground floor there is a room with two single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a service bathroom, offering practicality and comfort in everyday life.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, all en suite with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds accompanied by a bathroom with shower, guaranteeing maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for those seeking a more private and peaceful space.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering all the functionality necessary to prepare and enjoy family meals.



On the exterior, the villa features a spacious leisure area with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals, as well as a heated swimming pool (additional cost) and a jacuzzi (additional cost), which complete the relaxation and wellness setting. It also has a games room equipped with a snooker table and table football, as well as private parking.



Located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and the lively seafront avenue.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests



However, it is possible to accept 8 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
