Villa Peace is a spacious and serene property located in the quiet area of Pêra, ideal for guests seeking comfort and relaxation a short drive from the beaches and main attractions of the Algarve.



The living and dining rooms offer bright and inviting areas, perfect for socializing and unwinding. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a bathtub and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen provides functionality and convenience for preparing meals throughout the stay.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost) creates a relaxing setting, complemented by the BBQ and the outdoor dining area, ideal for long moments of leisure. The property also offers private parking for several cars.



Villa Peace is located close to beaches, restaurants and local amenities, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
