On the ground floor, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two individual sofa beds and an elegant dining room. There is also a twin bedroom, a common bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin suite with a private bathroom.



On the first floor, there is a suite with a double bed and shower, a twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a shower.



The exterior is equally charming, with a large barbecue area and outdoor dining table, perfect for family and friends moments. The private pool, surrounded by green areas, invites relaxation and Algarve sunshine. The property also offers private parking for up to 5 cars.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
