The Villa Imagine is a spacious 3-bedroom house, located in Armação de Pêra, just 950 m from the beach. With sea views and close to restaurants and supermarkets, it accommodates up to 6+4 people. The house has a private, heatable pool (optional extra), making it an excellent choice for families.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (one with a private bathroom and balcony with sea view) and one with two single beds. All rooms have a balcony, and there is an additional bathroom with a shower.



On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room receives plenty of natural light and has direct access to the garden and pool. It features a sofa, dining table, TV with national and international channels, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an additional bathroom with a shower.



Outside, the garden and pool (heatable as an extra) have sun loungers and grassy areas for children. The barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals. The property is fully walled and fenced.



On the lower floor, there is a large living area with a sofa, snooker table, and children's space, as well as a service toilet. The villa has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The location is ideal, a short walk from shops, restaurants, and bars, and 10-15 minutes walking from Armação de Pêra beaches.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
