”Friendly staff, great location for the museum, theatre, seafront and harbour. There is a bus stop right outside for Barnstaple for shopping. We asked if we could have a ground floor room when we booked and that was what we were given. The bathroom was large and very clean. We had to leave early as our granddaughter was unwell and the night staff were very helpful. We would stay in this hotel again.
