"No amenities. Only bar soap and towel. No Kleenex , no coffee pot, no cups for water...not even in the office. Tub spigot broken. One bed mattress on floor, no frame. Thank goodness I only needed it for one night."

"Property is run down. Sheets where stained, towels where stained, cobwebs in every corner, freezer and refrigerator where dirty. Ceiling cladding falling off and onto the furniture, no broom to try and clean up. Very little accommodations like soap and garbage bags, no coffee, water not drinkable, ..."
