"We saw a show at the Massmutual Center and you could not beat the location. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. If I’m ever in Springfield again, I would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again."

"It was dirty, so many burn holes in the very thin comforter. Microwave hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was gum stuck on the floor. Had one full towel for a 2 person 2 night stay and we weren’t given more. Just an awful stay all around and we’ve spoken to this app and they offered me 25 in ..."

"Vastaanotossa oli palvelualtis mieshenkilö kun tulimme yöllä hotelliin. Sängyt oli hyvän jämäkän. Valitettavaa oli, että emme voineet ladata mitään kun hotellihuoneen USB portit oli rikki. Hotellissa hyvin parkkipaikkoja."
