”The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? ...

”Property is clean, everything looks new then to get to the bathroom. Shower is in fast need of an upgrade. Water pressure is terrible and toilet does not flush properly. Vanity is dated, but works okay.”

”Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe.”

”Property was just as described. Perfect for two. Had everything we needed and more. All the beach stuff (wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc.) were a nice bonus. Beach is right across the street. We contacted the owner as the fire detector started beeping. She immediately responded and had someone there quickly to manage. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you!”

”Myself and my two young boys were looking for a place to stay with the main purpose of watching some spring training games. This was a great location about 20 minutes from the ballpark, that gave us the vacation feel (being within a couple minutes walk to a great beach and some restaurants and shops).”

”Our unit was fantastic. It is in a quaint little neighborhood that has probably been there way before all of the grand hotels. As with any older home you can tell it is older which gives it charm. The owners have done a great job updating the interior. The beds were comfy. Big deal for us! We enjoyed walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only thing I could add would be beach gear but I am sure that is hard to keep in rental. The neighbors were super nice.”

”Was everything how host described . The only drawback was the fact I wasn’t able to full advantage of all this place had to offer but that’s on me as our schedule was jam packed . Beautiful place very clean and cozy. Host was a gem and responded immediately to our questions making a seemless checkin process A++”

”Second time staying here. First stayed with wife and teenage kid and 2 Chihuahuas. This time just me. Had family staying both times at the Marriott on ocean. This place is perfect location only 4 minute drive to ocean and 10 minute drive to Johnny Longboats. Place isn't 5 star quality but clean, spacious and reasonable rate. Also the guest hosts always respond quickly and very nice.”

”This resort was wonderful! It is not fancy, but just like home away from home. Our room was just right for the two of us and was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The bikes, beach towels and chairs are free and best of all, the beach is just down a short path, no driving or crossing any streets. There is an oceanview deck on top of the resort, plus several other areas to relax around the heated pool and hot tub. There are many dining choices within walking distance and grocery...

”We didn't know it was a timeshare property when we booked. It seemed that owners knew more about what was going on at the property or where to find put about activities. After 2 days we figured things out, but we missed some fun things the first 2 days.”
