”The property is clearly in some kind of transition from one owner to the next, and I believe houses some longer term tenants. Some of them were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, and it looked like they might have been taking shelter from living in the streets. The area outside of the hotel is unkempt and overgrown. Parking there felt unsafe and creepy.

”The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here...
