”We stayed 2 nights, staff asked if we needed any cleaning or replacements in the morning. A full English breakfast was served each morning. We had an evening meal the one night with a good choice. This is an Inn so there's a bar which wasn't too noisy the nights we stayed. Friendly staff. We will book again as ideal for areas we wish to visit.”

”We had a late check in (out of staffed hours) and it could not have been easier. We made contact to make sure it was ok, on arrival we got access and our room key with no fuss. Located the room and it was all very fresh feeling and lovely. It being one of the hottest nights of the year and there no built in aircon (welcome to England), but the fan kept us cool and the whole set up was really good. Check out was very simple too.”

”Absolutely wonderful staff and the room was amazing!! The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. But I almost fell asleep my legs died underneath me and I was too shaky for what looked and slightly tasted like a fab breakfast. I was just...

”Nice sized room and bathroom. Access and parking was easy. Pubs close by for a drink and dinner.”

”Lovely setting. The scenery out our window was superb! We were there on a couple of the hottest days of the summer, and even though there is no air conditioning, our room had a big circulating fan which helped immensely. We liked the quiet, low-key atmosphere of the place. Very restful!”

”Thank you for an Absolutely a fantastic stay, the room is a good size with every amenity and extra luxury touches, you want for nothing. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked well and fresh and plenty. The bed is huge and soft. And the hosts themselves couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome Would definitely stay again”

”This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton.”
