”Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

”These are lovely accommodations in a great location. Very convenient to the historical district while quiet and off the beaten path. The "tiny house" is very private and well-appointed. ”

”Excellent location. Within walking distance to most sites in the historic district and seldom had to use our car. Free, gated, onsite parking during the stay saved an additional $50/day. Well equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator and ample seating appreciated.”
