”Decent enough hotel for sleeping whilst working away for 2 nights.”

”Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet, so had a great nights sleep. Handy for the nearby hospital. Very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend for a work trip.”

”Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby.”

”Comfy room friendly staff fully equipped kitchen with everything you need init shops just around the corner.”

”This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

”Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car”

”Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. Open plan so couldn’t make it completely dark… luckily had my eye...

”Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay.”

”Ok for 1-2 nights. Easy to reach with car or public transportation. The quality varies between rooms”

”Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. I let the person at the other end of the text messages know, and we were “upgraded” to another room (slightly larger and had a bathtub instead of a shower). This ...

”It was a great stay”

”The room was a fabulous size for the two of us. It had a kettle, a decent size shower room and was all very light and airy with a tv. The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base.”
