âThis was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. â

âI was not able to utilize the pool because the key card did not work when I attempted to open it multiple times. The walkways need to be cleaned and swept outside of the rooms. The entire room needs to be renovated from the broken shower to the cracks of insulation that show in all of the roof corners that actually allow for airflow to come into the room and decrease insulation.â

âThis listing is fir the MK Hotel, not the Howard Johnson. My reservation from Expedia said Howard Johnson and the map was for the Howard Johnson by the airport, but I arrived and they had no record of my booking. I called the number listed on the hotel page and it took me to the MK Hotel, which is 15 minutes away. No relation at all to the Howard Johnson. Completely insane. This feels very shady. No idea what is going on here but there doesnât seem to be any way to report this to Expedia....
