âWhen we first arrived the guy behind the desk couldnât have been nicer or more accommodating. He even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. My husband worked out in the gym and said it was very nice. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again!â

âThe hotel is in a great location near the 44th street metro station on Washington. Thatâs also where the tram to the airport connects.
The roomâs temperature control unit had a very loud blower that never went off. My husband was okay with the âwhite noiseâ but it kept me awake.
I could also hear planes taking off, even over the sound of the A/C.
But the staff was great, the room was clean and there is a bar downstairs with some good snd drink, although we didnât utilize its services. â

âRoom was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!â

âOur stay here was okay. For the price I expected a little more. The cleanliness in the room was low maintenance the refrigerator was a bit old the blinds had stains on them. The borders of the walls were rusty.
The pool was well maintained. The gym was pretty clean and the laundry room only has one washer and three dryers. So it was hard to be a load in. The staff was friendly and helpful. â

âThere are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.
The bar was nice.â

âOur room are great, clean and quiet. The staff are also very nice and hopeful. However, there are a couple things that wish it will be different/improved.
First of all is that the Pool need to be accessed from outside of the Hotel not from the inside. I will have to walk out from the front door.
The second thing is that the breakfast hot food are all the same everyday, scramble eggs and sausages. Those tasted good but not so good after staying there for 3 nights.â

âThe room was not clean:
The toilet had urine stains, the shower was dingy and needed to be bleach cleaned. The towels were thread-bare. The door did not open and shut properly, the laminate flooring was bubbling and coming up from the sub floor. The microwave was dirty and had no glass turning tray. I spilled water and cleaned it up and the Kleenex was brown afterward meaning they donât mop the floors. Asked for more Kleenex and they didnât have any.
