”It was wonderful to stay this Hotel near by Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa. The swimmingpool at top of hotel was awesome!.All the best was the very good service and kindness of staff persons <3.”
”Excellent stay in a clean and modern hotel. Housekeeping staff nice and polite and the front desk excellent. Would definetly stay in this hotel again. City walk was further than expected and no grocery stores near. Dubai mall 5min away with taxi. But it is easy to get a taxi and the hotel is about 20min from the dxb airport. Pool area was needed and nice. Pool is 1.20m deep and there is a lifeguard present all the time. ”

”The apartment was really nice. The pool area was under construction and we had to use another pool area. The pool area was small and people reserved the spots even if they were not using them. There should have been a tule, if you leave the area you must free the spot.”
”Before I have always enjoyed of staying in Address chain and I even bought penthouse from the Address brand. The facilities are very nice, breakfast is amazing and the pool area is stunning.
But this time it was not enjoyable at all. Room was located next to main road and noise was very loud when people are speeding and revving their cars during the night. And then during the day there was construction work going on and you needed to listen the drilling whole day after you haven't sleep at all...
”We spent six nights at the Palace Downtown. Decission to stay here was based on location and price/quality-ratio as well as the wish to stay in a more "Arabic" hotel than a high-tower-one which all are the same. In hinsight location could not have been better; in the center of everything next to the fountains and Bur Khalifa and still with a real garden and pool.
Service was excellent in all aspects; we had dinner in three of the hotel restaurants and luch twice; all goo.

Täytti kaikki odotukset ja vähän enemmänkin. Kävelymatkan päässä dubai mallista ja muista keskustan nöhtävyyksistä.”

”The location was so wonderful that literally walked outside and in to the Dubai Mall. And Burij khalifa was right there and views were spectacular. I recommend it and definitely come back and stay. ”
”Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...
