”Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Had an electrical problem in our room and the staff and maintenance were very quick to get us moved to a new room. 10/10 recommend!”

”The property is surrounded by others recently modernized and stands out as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room seemed one of the ones not recently updated. Still it was clean, comfortable and quiet to a degree that was impressive. I would say that it is overall homey and comfortable, as if your relative was expecting you and had cleaned it meticulously before you got there. ”The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast is continental. The location of the Inn is very close to downtown, so there is plenty to do and no car necessary if you want to walk the strip.”

”Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location.”
