”Beautiful view of the creek but the hotel needs major update. Floor was uneven, bathroom fan was really loud and the pool area looks really outdated. Also, the picture of the lazy River looks bigger online than it actually is. Plus the staff sounded like they had some issues with each other.”

”The Greystone Lodge is located perfect it’s right in front of Anakeesta and then to your right is the trolley and the aquarium… great hotel. I would stay there again.!!!”

”We had a wonderful experience and time at Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg they were very courteous, friendly and polite. A real pleasure staying there. Our room was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Continental breakfast was, let's just say not your regular continental breakfast more like a breakfast buffet, the staff kept it constantly full and attended to guests the entire time. Great location to a lot of entertainment. We will Definitely be staying there again on...

”The hotel staff were friendly and assisted when needed. The breakfast was decent but nothing great. Good convenience. One elevator was down until the next to last day. But not a large inconvenience. Clean and well maintained area and nice view.”

”Location is ok. Short walk to downtown, quiet setting. Bed was good and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better...

”The location, on the river, is very good. That was one of the only positives. The room was dated, the bathroom was not adequately stocked for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there (no body wash for 2 days), and the cleaning staff missed cleaning for one of the days we were there. We talked to the front desk, and to her credit, the employee was apologetic and made the beds herself. The next day, however, a different employee told us that it was our fault that the staff did not clean the room...
