”Very clean! We spent the afternoon at the pool. I wish they would have had the bar/food open during the day.”

”Reeked like marijuana”

”super easy check in”

”First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled. Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns. and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....

”How Expedia even have this place on their site is beyond me. This hell hole is one disgusting roach motel. Like when you think roach motel this is it. I just needed one night in Arizona and picked this because it was cheap and close by where i needed. So partially my fault for not double checking how this place is. The Good: Theres a lot of parking. And air conditioning. The Bad: Its run down and very outdated and old. The front door has a big gap on the bottom where bugs are getting in and...

”Very clean, loved the set up. Staff was super nice.”

”I chose this property largely for location. We had never been to Scottsdale before so wanted somewhere close to activities and restaurants. The hotel was decent but a little worn. Not like talking loud, but yelling and cheering loud. One guy was yelling into a microphone trying to get the crowd rowdy. If I knew no activities were scheduled I...

”Wonderful hotel. Staff were nice and they helped me when the other hotel was horrible. Room was beautiful and clean. Only little downfall was that there was no microwave in the room only in the reception area. But other than that wonderful place. Definitely staying here next time.”

”The staff was awesome, especially Marissa. I was disappointed that there is no restaurant in the hotel. I was also disappointed that I had to go to the front desk to ask for additional bars of soap and mouthwash. It was also annoying that the TV automatically shut off while I was watching.”

”Great location, right in old town. Hotel was nice, pool and rooftop bar were a plus. Only disappointment was no offering of water upon check in.”

”friendly, clean, great price and got back to me within 2 minutes of communication”
