”The bathroom door and bedroom door does not stay closed. They open in a couple of seconds after you close it. It was just so annoying our entire stay. When you turn off the Main light switch to this room located by the front door, it turns off the lights above the headboard, along with powers to the rest of outlets. So you think you’re charging your phone while sleeping, you’ll wake up with a dead phone and all your devices. You have to keep the main switch on in order to charge your devices but...

”Stayed here for the Breakaway Arizona Festival. The room was clean and the location was convenient to access local restaurants. I thought there was supposed to be a shuttle nearby this hotel to the festival but that turned out to not be the case. Regardless, rideshare to Sloan Park was not an issue and there were some late night food options in the area.”

”Quick stay for ASU graduation. Really pleasant staff. Easy checkin! Room was clean and very comfortable. More amenities than we needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was decent. If we ever needed a hotel in Tempe again, first choice.”

”The rooms were accessible by code, so there was no need for key cards. The lobby offered complementary snacks and drinks, which was fantastic! Our room was a suite, so the living area was separate from the bedroom. It was an ideal setup for our group. The proximity to sites and access to highways made our stay even better.”

”Room was very clean. only issue was the cloth blind. There were 2 silver clamps were on the cloth blind, we could not open them due to the clamps. Other than that room was clean.”

”The staff was very helpful, telling us about some places in the area to eat. The location was great, we were able to walk around Mill Avenue, and we specifically got this location because we had scheduled a boat ride for the next day. The views from the rooftop were amazing and that was one of the highlights of this hotel. It is a little noisy just because of the light rail, but again you look over that with all the other great things it has to offer. The room was nice, and very modern.”

”Staff was courteous, beds were great! Even though it was right next to the freeway you didn't hear the traffic. You could hear an occasional plane overhead. The parking lot was intriguing and getting out of the parking lot was a challenge depending on the time of day because the entrance was so close to the freeway off ramp.”

”Don’t even know where to start! Do NOT stay here!! This place is nothing like you see in the pictures. After check in and going up the broken hazardous stairs to our room, we were unpleasantly surprised with a dirty room. Crumbs on the counters, floors were so dirty and cigarette burn holes in the bedding!! The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water our entire stay! microwave & telephone didn’t work. They only gave us 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel for 2 people. Asked for extras but...
