”We met a wonderful woman named Estel who works at the Comfort Inn. She was is so loving and kind and made our whole trip with her grace. What a wonderful asset to the establishment! Don't ever lose this one! Thank you Estel! We love you forever!”

”The room smelled of dog and old cleaning products. The door to my room was janky and you could see where it had been kicked in before! Towels wasn’t clean and floor was sticky and slippery. It was my first time staying at this location and it will be my last. ”

”Don't stay here. The dresser drawers were broken and unusable. The hairdryer had a thick coat of dust on the top which could easily of been cleaned. No fresh towels or trash emptied as a stayover. Breakfast starts at 6 am and over by 9 with absolutely no coffee remaining and no coffee makers in the room. ”

”Checked out early for a long drive home and was told I couldn’t get any paperwork as it wasn’t 4 am. Not even something to get my security back. The employee who was working could barely pry himself from his video game and headset. Acted as if I was bothering him. 0/10 rating”

”Lobby and receptionist were 5 star. Our requested room-king non smoking, the keypad batteries were dead. We were put in a smoking room. Ugh. Would have loved to see crisp clean sheets and pillow cases but wasn’t sure if bedding had been changed from previous guest. Spilled a little water on the floor and the paper towel came up dirty. Didn’t shower as the tub drain filled up immediately. I didn’t want to stand in water from other guest rooms because of backed up drains I know it’s a...

”Room was ok except the room they gave me..I requested non smoking and I’m not sure if it was a smoking room but the rooms on either side had people who were outside constantly smoking one thing or another and tossing the butts off the balcony onto our car and the ground (I was on second floor) below..staff wasn’t friendly (checking in and out)..pool closed and that wasn’t mentioned in their ad.”

”Room was clean, but laminate flooring was coming up from water damage. Rooms need maintained better - wall damage, ceiling stains, and lamp chargers didn’t work. Breakfast was bare minimum.”

”The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. ”

”No still waiting on my refund we did not stay there there was cockroaches in the bed we did not even stay there they said they were going to refund us and I still haven't received it”
