”Do NOT stay here. Three nights in, on Easter Sunday, raw sewage began seeping out of shower drain. Unresponsive and uncommunicative staff. After 3 hours of waiting for communication, no working toilet, sewage starting to seep out from under closed bathroom door, we packed up and left. Hotel refused to respond to Expedia concerning a refund. Expedia offered travel credit, but this hotel is literal crap.”

”Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!”

”I most disturbing part of my review is when I checked in and got my room and key card I proceeded to take my luggage up to the room and enter. It was late at night and once I entered there were no lights on to see very well. I pulled my luggage over to the kitchen side and proceeded to turn on the lights.
