”The home was newly renovated and the host did an excellent job creating a modern farmhouse design. Gary (our host) supplied us with everything we needed to have an awesome experience including coffee, spices, water, firewood, detergent, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and made a huge bonfire. If we ever come back we would definitely stay there again! ”

”This riverfront cottage was perfect for our four-day middle TN getaway! It was a short drive from our home in Knoxville, and was exactly what our family of four needed. The description on Vrbo matched the cottage precisely! Everything we could need was there, and we enjoyed playing one of the murder-mystery games that we found. The private dock was perfect for taking a float on the river. We were glad to see that after a review in June 2025 said there was no ladder on the dock, that the owner...

”This is a nicely-renovated home that is set well back from a quiet road. The property has woods on three sides for complete privacy. It is about 10 minutes from the eastern entrance to the magnificent Fall Creek Falls State Park. The house is pretty basic but it has been recently renovated, is super clean and is well equipped. There is a huge back deck as well as an outdoor seating area in front. The beds were comfortable. The host is very responsive.”

”The property was very clean, quiet, and spacious. This trip was part of a longer trip, and I really liked having the laundry on hand, so I didn’t have to go home with a ton of dirty laundry.The one thing we did have an issue with was the floors which seemed to be giving out in certain areas. There were also animals in the attic and underneath the house that scratched at night time keeping us awake.”
