”This property was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was just me since my child was camp. A nice sized room, great bathroom, ability to control temperature. Simple entry and good communication with the host.”

”Very clean. Convenient to stores, etc. Not much in the way of outdoor amenities.”

”Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.”

”Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. ”

”The property was great to honor my children’s father during Father’s Day weekend. We saw dolphins. Enjoyed the sunset had great food nearby. Great company would definitely stay again.”

”Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels. The outdoor space was very nice for enjoying your favorite beverage especially in the morning and early evening. The location was perfect--very close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and LECOM Park for spring training. We highly recommend renting this...
