”I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble. ”We had a great stay at the Broome. The location was perfect at Soho, right next to Broadway, Greenwich Village, Little Italy, and easy access to pretty much anywhere. The breakfast setup was awesome. Very cosy and idyllic, limited but very satisfactory menu and personal service. Our room was on the patio side and very quiet. The carpet could have been cleaner and the room brighter, but otherwise it served us well.”
