”I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water.
The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay.
Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization.
Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com.

garage door to park was broken, had to go through front area every time to open garage door.

they did not provide ANY washcloths and when we asked they said they don't have any. only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels were given for the entire stay.

”Fantastic stay. The location was perfect, it ’s a quick walk to the aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and only about a 13-minute drive to the zoo. The valet staff was fantastic and extremely helpful, and everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Having Starbucks and Ruth’s Chris accessible directly through the lobby was incredibly convenient, especially during the heat and rain.
The free breakfast was good, and the afternoon snacks were an excellent added perk....

”When we missed our connecting flight my wife and I booked a single night at this hotel at midnight. So did everyone else. We stood in line at their front desk for over an hour. The lobby was full of tired travelers, crying babies and 2 overworked hotel staff members. The morning coffee in the room was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was overpriced so we didn't have any. $200 for an 8 hour stay seemed a bit pricey.”

”We missed our flight so we booked our stay last minute. There was a shuttle from the airport that was easy to use. The room was clean but a little run down considering it’s a Marriott. But in a pinch like we were I was happy to have a room with clean sheets and towels! I would stay there again in a similar situation but I don’t think I would stay there on a vacation in Atlanta.

”Hotel was great, staff was great, location was great. Parking lot was not so great. Spaces have to be the bare minimum legal size. I tried parking my GMC 1500(no oversized tires, only a leveling kit) in 3 different spot before having to back in with my passenger side super close to the passenger side of the truck that pulled in. Thank god for step rails, had to shimmy out the door on the rail and then step down. Also thankful I didn’t get any door dings.”
