”The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . The rooms were supposed to be checked before handed out to us but no larger towels available and some...

”hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though.”
