”Nicely located with friendly and polite staff. I paid for a city view room with a view of the court roof and a tree. I was at the property very early by 4 hours and not withstanding my request to check in early, my room with the worst view was not available til after the check in time of 4pm. I had to request that the bedroom sheets be replaced as they appeared to be stained or dirty. This was promptly done though. Finally, the room coffee maker did not work properly and the signature wine...

”It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The town itself is super cute, but the hotel is even more charming. There’s a cozy fireplace in the lobby and outdoors, plus a lovely garden with fountains and roses. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and parking very convenient. Thank you, Wine Valley Inn, for your wonderful hospitality. Tip for travelers: plan your drive to or from Santa Barbara during the daytime so you can enjoy the lake views and stop at the CachumaMuseum ”

”Great location. No breakfast on property but Paula's pancake house is across the street. You are in walking distance to other great restaurants. No need to drive.”

”In its hey day, the property was probably desirable. Online photos made the best of the reality. Rooms were “cozy.” Continental breakfast of coffee (lids weren’t even available) & Danish was limited. It definitely needs a major update.”

”This is a great weekday value as you can often stay for under $240 a night. Weekend can run $400-$500. That is not worth it to be honest. Breakfast is very continental but decent. Room is very large and bathroom is excellent with great water pressure in the shower. The inn manager Caroline is awesome. ”

”Pool is 21 and over. The casino has a non smoking area to play. The gym has machines in great conditions they look new. They offer complimentary water bottles.”
