”The amenities on this property were top notch, definitely one of the best Courtyard Marriott’s I have stayed in. The 2 pools, fitness center and bar/ restaurant were great. The decide was amazing, especially the bar tenders and Carlene at the breakfast bar worked so hard to make our stay great.”
”We really enjoyed our stay here, room was clean and nicely accommodated. However, it had some fixtures that could be updated like there was a whole on the tile of our restroom. Wans't a deal breaker. Kayaking was quite fun and staff was nice. We could see ourselves going back. ”

”Very nice well kept property with a feel for being in nature. The grounds/plantings are well kept and tropical feeling with a butterfly garden yard games, 2 pools and more. The only downside was no beach. But, if you are patient you can spot some very cool fish from the docks”
”I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week.
Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about:
Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. This is expected in this structure of home.
Construction- the nearby construction noise was there but never bothered us and...
”What a fabulous and unique experience. The little house boat was spacious for our family, clean, and had a great view out the patio. Had plenty of amenities like coffee, cups, plates utensils, beach towels, etc. There is a nice pool, free kayaks to paddle the mangroves and darling beach to watch the sunsets. (The beach isnt for swimming, but has lovely chairs and trees to enjoy the ocean views or even fish off the rocks). We cannot wait to come again!! ”
”Warm wellcome, nice apartments (we had nro 11), no noise from the highway, nice pool by the sea and beautiful grounds. There are kayaks to use for free. Marathon is well situated to explore the Keys and has a good range of services nearby (restaurants, supermarkets etc.).”

”What a great place to stay! Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was quiet, so this helped with being able to relax! Breakfast each morning was a great way to start our days of exploring the Keys! Hotel location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The pool was enjoyable as well! We didn't go to the tiki bar or partake in food offerings there. One thing we really enjoyed was being able to walk across the street to catch the sunsets each night...amazing!”

”Such a rip-off price for a dirty room. We took our shoes away right as we enered the room. We could feel that the floor was not cleaned for some time with sand and dust on the floors. At shower there was no shower gel no shampoo nor conditioner. They ongly offer one soap bar and small body lotion. Location is next to highway so you can hear all the cars inside.
Never again.”
”I absolutely loved our stay at Rainbow Bend Resort! Our room was super cute with an incredible ocean view. The night sky was breathtaking, Mornings were just as beautiful with serene, calming views. The room was very clean and cozy (yes, the walls are a bit thin, but it didn’t take away from the experience). What really stood out was their customer service truly incomparable. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. ”
