âUnfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here.â

âThe staff I encountered were great. They were accommodating and the beds were comfortable!
The area is beautiful and we had a nice view from the back windows.
It was a little loud overnight- but, typical hotel behavior. It was Saturday night.
My main complaint and why I didnât give them 5 stars all around was the floor was a bit dirty and the curtain rod was broken but had been positioned to stay up.
Overall, decent experience and the staff made up for areas lacking. â

âA great affordable spot for a night in Pioneer before heading up to Kirkwood the next morning. It was exactly what we were looking for!â

âWe stayed in a nice, large room. It has two sink areas, a large closet for hanging clothes, couch with table & lamp, useful dresser/desk/tv combo. The art is nice. It has plenty of space but is utilitarian. One comfy arm chair and an area rug on the floor would make it cozy. It snowed overnight and the outdoor stairs to the second floor had significant snow on them. It would be safer for the staff to keep those clear of snow.â
