The woodpeckers have destroyed the exterior window frames. The decks are in dire need of stain. A couple of the mattresses are terrible. ”

”Unit could use some serious cleaning of front deck and rear deck. Could not sit and enjoy rear deck, because the furniture was very dirty. Lots of spider webs. Windows that had blinds would not open others had no blinds to close at night. Tv in Primary bedroom did not work. Not installed. Nice unit , just needs some cleaning on the outside so that people can enjoy the outdoor decks after a long day. ”
