”The staff at Marketa’s is very attentive and aims to please. Our room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of light and fresh air. It is also very close to the harbor area ( an 8-10 minute walk) so very convenient from the ferry.”

”There is no daily housekeeping and that is OK, however we put the sign out to request service so they would restock the room and housekeeping simply ignored it. We had to go down to get coffee, cups, soap and towels. I would not stay again and would not recommend it.”

”First, the host’s first language is not English, so communication was very difficult. It was hard to understand each other whenever we had questions or needed help. The room had no air conditioning at all—only a small fan. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. We were also told not to speak loudly because it might disturb other guests. There was no TV or any entertainment in the room either. The host also told us not to use the bathroom during the...

”The hotel is a bit dated but some upgrades have been done like adding lots of receptacles. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. The location was good, close to lots of stores. There is no breakfast available and the restaurant on site opens at 10am, so be sure to grab some goodies. The kitchenette is a nice touch to cover that.”
