”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located in a cute small town. There is a good car park and the hotelarea is beautiful. The room was OK size, but could use an update. The pub was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful :)”

”Lovely hotel for a basic stay. Everything is very clean and staff are incredibly helpful with excellent customer service. Room amenities are basic with a tea/coffee station but no safe or fridge (just fyi). Rooms are small so perfect for solo travelling. Location is right in the centre of main high street (directly opposite the royal theatre). I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast though as not much on offer for those with specific dietary requirements. ”

”We was welcomed with a smile and great energy. All questions were answered upon arrival. The room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet and it was delicious all locally sourced food and you could taste it. The views from the hotel are breathtaking definitely something you miss when coming home. ”The room was very clean, large, and comfortable. The people working there could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We dealt with three different gentlemen at the front desk and the lovely ladies that served our delicious breakfast and they all went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Bath.”

”Spotlessly clean, fabulous hosts and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Reading past reviews I was shocked at mentions of the floors being cold. It's an 18th century cellar for goodness sake!!! Stone floors are part of the charm. It is cosy and warm at this time of year (and I imagine lovely and cool in the summer).I would definitely stay again for its location, its cleanliness and its hosts. Can't fault it except for the mattress, which is a bit "argos" and could do with a good...
