CARUSO APARTMENT on noin 160 neliömetrin huoneisto, joka sijaitsee Sorrenton keskustassa, vain muutaman metrin päässä rannasta. Siinä on 3 kylpyhuonetta ja mahtuu 6 henkeä. Huoneistossa on ilmastointi, lämmitys, internet Wi-Fi ja TV. 400 metrin pä������ssä asunnosta on oma autotalli 1 autolle.


Caruso-huoneisto sijaitsee Piazza Tasso -aukiolla, Sorrenton sydämessä. Lähellä on ravintoloita, kauppoja, baareja ja supermarketteja. Marina Piccolan ranta ja satama, josta voit viedä kantosiipurin Capriin, Ischiaan tai Napoliin, ovat alle 500 metrin päässä. Pä��set niihin alle 10 minuutissa jalka, bussilla tai hissillä, joka sijaitsee Villa Comunalessa muutaman metrin päässä asunnosta. Pompejiin ja Napoliin johtava Circumvesuvianan rautatieasema sekä Positanoon, Amalfiin ja Ravelloon johtava SITA-bussipysäkki ovat alle 400 metrin päässä.

Huoneisto sopii ihanteellisesti niille, jotka haluavat viettää lomansa ilman, että he tarvitsevat ajatusta ajamisesta ja kaupungin keskustasta.

Caruso-huoneisto sijaitsee vanhan rakennuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Pääset huoneistoon kadun varrella noin 16 askeleen päässä.

Caruso-huoneistossa ei tarvita autoa. Autolla matkustaville on mahdollista pysäköidä se ilmaiseksi yksityiselle autotallille (1 autolle) noin 400 metrin päässä.


POHJOINEN LUONNE

ASUNTO-HUONE ON BRIGHT. Siinä on ruokapöytä kuudelle hengelle, sohva, taulu-tv, ilmastointi, lämmitys ja langaton internet. Huoneessa on ikkuna, josta on näkymät kaupunkiin. Täältä löydät myös minikeittiön. Keittiössä on induktio-liesi, jä��kaappi ja pakastin, sähköuuni, astianpesukone, leivänpaahdin, amerikkalainen kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja italialaistyylinen kahvinkeitin.

Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta (pyynnöstä ne voidaan liittää, tulla parivuode), ilmastointi, TV, lämmitys ja ikkuna, josta on näköala kaupunkiin. Pääset makuuhuoneeseen olohuoneesta.

ENSIMMÄISESTI KYLPYHUONEESSA on pesuallas, bidee, suihku, wc ja pesukone. Pääset kylpyhuoneeseen olohuoneesta.

ENSIMMÄINEN LUETTELO

IL BALCONE sijaitsee asunnon katolla ja siinä on kaksi sänkyä, pieni pöytä ja ulkoinen suihku. Pääset ensimmäisen kerroksen parvekkeelle noin 5 askeleen verran.

Sorrento is one of our favorite vacation areas. We have family in Naples and made a week pilgrimage to the Vatican, then Naples, then Sorrento. Was a great balance and Sorrento offered the perfect finish.The property location was PERFECT. Property was clean and room sizes were very comfortable.We were in Sorrento during an extreme heat wave and the apartment air conditioning struggled to keep up. I was VERY hot, although the evenings were comfortable.I would recommend this property due to location and comfort. Rita and the team were great to work with and helped us coordinate a number of side trips to Capri and Amalfi guided tours.Thank you all !!

The apartment is centrally located at Piazza Tasso and walking distance to all amenities. Our host gave us great recommendations for places around town and we really enjoyed our stay. The only possible negative is that being located at Piazza Tasso can be a bit noisy so if you are a light sleeper take that into consideration.

This place was amazing! It is less than 200 feet from Tasso Square. Our family of five had more than enough room. Rita was very easy to communicate with during the check-in process. I highly recommend this place.

The A/C did not work in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs units were spotty but could maintain a cooler than outside temp. The location is wonderful but with no A/C did not enjoy trying to sleep. The owner offered a small discount but I would have preferred the A/C.

We rented the property through Amore Rental/VRBO. The apartment was in a great location behind Fauno Bar. However, the air conditioning in the bedrooms did not work. We pulled out the air filte r and they were covered with dust and dirt. Obviously not cleaned in a very long time. it probably broke the a/c units. They sent someone to fix it, but it did not work. we only had the small a/c in the kitchen, but did not cool down the upstairs. Luckily there is a small roof deck and we opened it at night to get cool air. The bathroom in the bedroom in the back was disgusting. Mold behind the toilet, mold in the shower everywhere, and the shower floor was cracked a lot. another bedroom had missing drywall exposing metal beams. Amore rentals does not pay attention to the units they manage.

Loved the rooftop balcony! Excellent welcome from Rita who assisted us with dinner reservations! Housekeepers need to step up the cleaning, freezer was unusable as it was filled with ice - couldn’t close. Extra towels and toilet paper would be great! No dryer but drying racks available on patio. Fig trees in lobby are not being watered so are dying. Location is excellent as well as communication. Loud outside main floor bedroom at night - a group gathers here to party.

Location of the property is perfect, right behind Fauno Bar in Tasso Square, walking distance to all of Sorrento and port. Rita communicated with me before our arrival and even arranged a driver for us to see the Amalfi Coast. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of 5 adults.

This property was a fabulous location and Rita was helpful and engaging - we had scheduled an all day boat tour but the weather looked terrible and she quickly gave us another boat operator for a sunset cruise that night! All the amenities u would need with each bedroom having it’s own bath.

Great location, we had 6 people and it was very comfortable and clean! Only problem is that we ran out of hot water 3 times, because seem to be an issue however when I contacted the manager, she responded quickly and had someone come right over to help get it running again. Other than that it was great!

Nice apartment excellent location. The living area was a little awkward as it was upstairs and the kitchen/dining was downstairs. Beds were all comfortable. I’d stay there again.

Awesome location & great to have 3 bathrooms. Accommodated 6 of us well, plenty of space. Biggest disappointment was the broken washing machine, meaning hours wasted at the local laudromat. we stayed 5 nights and machine was still not working when we left, property manager was advised on day 2 . Few other minor issues, needs a few more items added, only 4 coffee mugs supplied, 2 of the 5 wine glasses were cracked, toaster & coffee maker broken.. couldn't get 4 of the 5 T.V;s to work & several lights broken or no bulbs. They are specific about the recycling/rubbish, with charges incurred if any if left, but no bags were provided (once asked they did deliver some). We are not ones to complain, but it's all such easy fix things that would have made this an amazing stay. Hoping things are repaired, replaced for the next people who rent this .

The location is good, but noisy..The place looks nice superficially, but we had lots of things that frustrated us - no heat on arrival, leaking windows and doors, kitchen very sparse. Our experience was very transactional and disappointing.

This 3 bedroom, three bath apartment is directly behind Bar Fauno, in the very center of Sorrento. We were steps away from a morning coffee or an evening stroll and connections to Capri, the Amalfi coast, Pompeii and Naples. Six adults and an 8-month old spent 9 nights here in May 2019 and would do it again. The photos accurately reflect the property although they should add a photo of the living room since my concern when booking was that the only communal space was the kitchen when actually, there is a gathering area on the second floor that isn't pictured and we had plenty of room. My only minor criticisms would be that the crib we had ordered wasn't there when we arrived so we spent one night without it and, while two of the bathrooms have been updated, the third is due for a refresh. Everyone was happy with the choice we made and it added to our stay in Sorrento.
