Ideally situated, 50 metres from Sorrento Cathedral and 100 metres from Piazza Tasso, it is the ideal solution for those who want a central home, accessible by all public transport, without sacrificing a peaceful setting, with views overlooking the garden.



THE SPACE

The house consists of a spacious entrance into a living room with a double sofa bed and a 50' television, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, juice squeezer. From the kitchen you can access the laundry area with washing machine. Spacious bathroom with double facilities equipped with bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms overlooking the typical Sorrento citrus grove.

Air conditioning throughout the house.



ACCESS FOR GUESTS

Guests have access to the entire apartment. The central location does not require a car, both the train station and bus station are a 5-minute walk away.

Conventional parking "de Curtis" at a cost of €18 per day.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. For arrivals from 23:00 onwards, the supplement is €50.



• Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Tourist tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night.
