Villa Pietraluna is an enchanting property in Sorrento Coast set in a panoramic position offering unique view of the Sorrento city and the whole Naples gulf with the mount of Vesuvius on the horizon! Guest of this beautiful house will enjoy the peaceful location of the villa which however has easy access to the nearest town of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi which offers all services needed.
The house is on a little paved country road, we suggest to rent a regular size car, the house has its private parking space just in front of the entrance gate.

Villa Pietraluna feature a large outside private spaces made of a private swimming pool, terraces with magnificent view of the sea, a flight of stairs from the parking lot takes down to the first terrace which is partially covered, it is equipped with large dining table and chairs under the shade great for al fresco meals, a second terrace/solarium, equipped with sun lounges and external shower, is where guest can relax under the sun admiring the unique view of the entire coast of Sorrento with the Vesuvius just in front of them.

Additional 18 stairs take down from the terraces to the entrance of the house, the door leads to an open space with living area equipped with sofas and arm chairs, flat screen TV and dining angle with table and chairs, all windows facing the coast with sea view. A separate well-equipped kitchen is next to the living area, it has all amenities and again from the window the view is just unforgettable! The night section of the villa features a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, this room has panoramic view of the coast, second twin bedroom (it can become a double), and third room with bunk beds, there is a second bathroom with jacuzzi tub
The house is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, a laundry room with washing machine, private parking space.

Neighborhood and distances:
Villa Pietraluna is located just outside of the cozy town of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi the center of town is 2.3 km away, not easy to reach by walk anyway as road is very steep, guest will find all services needed in town, large supermarket, bank, post, bars and several delicious restaurants. Sorrento center is 9 km away, the main road that takes down to Sorrento or up to Sant’Agata is 600 mt form the house, once reached the main road there is bus stop as well. Naples is 55 km; Positano 19 km.

Rental Roles:
A refundable deposit of 300 Euros (Security) will be required and will be refunded at time of departure; an inspection of the house will take place in case of any property damage.
Check-In is from 14:00, Check-Out is by 10:00 AM.
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00

Price includes taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, wi-fi, electricity, air conditioning/heating, bed linens and towels.
