”The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. ”Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would.
