”The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. "The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
