”This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!! ”

”The person at the desk did not know what he was doing 3 different people checking our rooms were not paid and our cards were declined. The guest in front of me waited 3 hours for the guy to figure out what he was doing wrong. I waited an hour to get checked in. it was 10:30 at night. Ultimately he wasn’t doing something right to check people in. ”

”Pretty decent room for a one night stay. Had some staining on the blankets/pillow cases but other than that, everything else was clean and put together. Definitely could use some updates but no complaints others than you can hear every footstep of the people above you and the pool was out of service and that was not made known before hand (we were not using it anyway but I feel that could be inconvenient for others.) Free breakfast in the mornings and access to ice machines and vending machines....

”The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

”The pool was closed, need of repair. The breakfast was good, with a selection of food, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, need to speak slower to seniors. ”

”The hotel was a bit of a mess as they were currently undergoing renovations. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.”

”Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car”

”The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.”

”The hotel was fine, but there wasn’t anyone working the front desk most of the time so it’s a good thing we didn’t need anything.”

”First sent us to someone else room full of there stuff. Gave me another room which the toilet was clogged, stuff all over the floor my sister went to use a towel and there was weed all inside the towel. Went to the luke combs concert and came back to find BED BUGS!!! so we packed up and left that night. And the toilet was never fixed the whole time so we had to go in the tub after driving 4 hours. They did give me a full refund.”
