”I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. ”Great hotel! Central to everything. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Staff was excellent. Only complaint pillows are a bit hard or to full. The bathroom doesn’t allow for much privacy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and cookies were delicious. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.”
