This is a lakefront condo with free parking within the condo complex. The back deck opens up directly onto the beautiful, sandy community beach. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Downstairs is a full kitchen, a living/dining room with a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. The first floor also has one bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath.

The second floor has two bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, and a loft with four single bunk beds.

The third floor has a bedroom with a king size bed, small bathroom, and a window with a view of the lake.

Guests will be provided with keypad code and enter the property any time after the 4:00 PM check-in.

There is local property management for issues related to the Lakeland Village community and there is also a 24/7 host phone number to call for cleaning and repair issues.
