”Front desk representative acknowledged me as I walked up to the desk but then turned his back and continued talking with some co- workers, another representative had to come from the back to assist me. If he worked in the hotel where I work, he would have been disciplined.”

”Staff was super friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was lovely. Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it. One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level. Location was perfect for the basketball game. ”

”I had a great stay here! The price was unbeatable, especially considering you get a full one-bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen. It felt much more like a home than a standard hotel room and location was fantastic. I have two minor complaints: First, the cleanliness could be improved. ”The hotel is a block from the arena and stadium, restaurants were excellent, and no driving. Highly recommend it. Side note they had a major water issue affecting elevators but was communicated ahead of time and they offered to let you out of your reservation. So the property wasn't in tiptop shape but it didn't affect our stay and we had a wonderful weekend.”

”Pool area was nice, the rooms could definitely use a deep clean. It did not smell fresh or clean. Definitely showing its age, can use a reservation. Convenient location for the airport. ”

”Location was across the street from restaurants and the Mortgage Matchup Center, great location! Room was clean, and spacious. However, we were there for March break, and only one elevator was working. We were on the 10th floor. It took more than 12 mins for an elevator to come, and when it did, it was full. On many occasions we had to take the stairs, from the 10th floor with luggage was not a great experience. Out of 3 elevators, don’t just have one working! Not acceptable!”

”There was fresh fruit at the breakfast and it was perhaps better than the overall vibe would have predicted, but crowded, the hotel is quite huge although it doesn't look it; it's not very up to date, but the outside balcony walkways are kind of cool and upstairs you get a good view of sunrise. It took a very long time to get hot water in the bath and you stepped in to the tub but UP, so when you stepped out, it was down further than the floor of the tub, yikes. ”The photos give you a false impression. The property is a motel, and you should expect motel quality. The room had a moldy smell, house cleaning doesn't touch your room, The towels have stains on them, the bathroom had black mold specs on the wall. It was a motel experience.”
