”Room was as pictured. Clean. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay.”

”The kitchen was very tight, lots of cheap materials that did not work very well. They were very adamant about cleaning the dishes or they would charge a fee, and only left us half of a sponge to do so. So it was very difficult to keep it clean to their standards, which also made me feel like the dishes weren’t cleaned well before we arrived. The toilet seat was not screwed in all the way and neither was the patio door handle. So that was uncomfortable. BUT The resort was super nice and amazing...

”1) The access code to get into the unit was not received on time. It was not received until after reaching out to both the host and VRBO at about 4:35 pm. 2) The heater plug as well as the outlet it would be plugged into in the bedroom were severely damaged and unusable.
